Privacy policy
Effective July 31, 2026
Greenville Slab Guide is an independent referral site from Demand Leads Media. We do not perform concrete work.
Information the site collects
If you send a provider-match request, the form collects details about the slab and property. These include the surface, problem, address, timeline, name, phone, contact approval, and optional email and text consent. You can also add optional size, height, water, and access notes.
This version does not take photo uploads, recordings, or transcripts. We do not ask for a Social Security number, card or bank details, or a government ID.
Why the information is used
We use the information to:
- understand the concrete-leveling request;
- check the location, timing, contact permission, spam, and recent duplicates;
- contact you about the request and confirm whether provider contact happened;
- send the request to one qualified provider at a time;
- send it to the next qualified provider if contact does not happen;
- handle delivery, correction, consent, quality, or dispute questions; and
- measure site and referral results with combined operating records.
Who may receive the information
Netlify may process form data because it hosts the site and form. Other services may process data when needed to run and protect the site. One qualified independent concrete-leveling provider receives the request first. If contact does not happen, the next qualified provider receives it.
We do not send the request to several providers at once. A provider works as an independent business and controls its own privacy and business practices.
Phone calls, email, and text messages
The form requires a phone number so a provider can try to reach you. Email is optional and can be used for request updates. Text consent is separate, optional, and unchecked.
Text consent is not required for the referral. Tell the sender to stop if you want to end texts. This does not undo data handling that took place before you stopped them.
Optional website analytics and heat maps
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are available only after you choose “Accept analytics.” If you decline, make no choice, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, both tags stay off. Advertising storage, ad-user data, ad personalization, Google Signals, and Microsoft Ads sharing remain disabled even when usage analytics is accepted.
When accepted, analytics may measure page views, approximate region, device and browser category, traffic source, campaign tags, scrolls, outbound links, file downloads, form starts, validation-field names, valid form submissions, and confirmation-page outcomes. It does not receive names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, free-text project details, or values entered into contact fields. Google Analytics event and user data are configured for a 14-month retention period.
Microsoft Clarity supplies combined heat maps and consented session recordings so the publisher can find confusing clicks, scroll drop-off, and layout friction. Contact inputs and free-text fields carry explicit masking instructions, Clarity uses balanced project-level masking, and its project-level cookie default is off until analytics consent is granted. Clarity custom events receive safe event names, not Google Analytics parameter values.
Google Search Console supplies combined information about how this site appears in Google Search. The site does not send provider-match or guide-form entries to Search Console.
Retention and security
We keep request data only as long as reasonably needed. We may need it to review and route the request, record consent, handle quality or dispute questions, and meet recordkeeping duties. Records no longer needed should be deleted or changed so they no longer identify you.
We use reasonable steps to protect data. No online form or storage system is fully secure. Do not put financial, ID, medical, or unrelated personal details in the project box.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct a request, stop optional texts, or ask about deletion. Some records may need to be kept for valid business or legal reasons. SeeContact preferences for the current request path.
Use the “Analytics choices” control in the footer to accept, decline, or revisit optional usage measurement. Declining removes accessible Google Analytics and Clarity cookies and prevents new analytics events from being sent from this browser.
