Terms of use
Effective July 31, 2026
Greenville Slab Guide offers general guides and independent provider matching. It is not a concrete contractor, engineer, inspector, permit office, or emergency service.
Educational information
Site content gives property owners general information. It does not diagnose a slab, soil, water, utility, foundation, building, pool, retaining wall, or safety problem. It does not replace an on-site review by the right professional.
We link technical and local sources when we can. Conditions, codes, permit steps, products, and provider practices may change. Check current rules with the right agency or professional.
Provider matching
When you complete the request form, we send the information to one qualified independent provider at a time. We follow up to confirm whether provider contact happened. If it did not, we send the request to the next qualified provider.
We do not guarantee that a provider will contact you, offer a quote, accept the job, or deliver a particular price, schedule, warranty, or result. The provider is an independent business, not a Demand Leads Media employee or agent.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- give information you believe is correct;
- submit only if you own the property or may approve work for it;
- leave out sensitive, illegal, harmful, or unrelated details;
- check the provider’s identity, credentials, scope, proposal, and references;
- get any needed owner, HOA, utility, road, or permit approval; and
- keep people away from any area that may be unsafe.
No contractor relationship
Demand Leads Media does not inspect or estimate the property. It does not make the work contract, schedule, supervise, direct, pay for, warrant, or perform the work. Any work agreement is between you and the independent provider.
You and the provider are responsible for questions, disputes, damage claims, warranties, cancellations, payments, and project results under your agreement, as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
Do not send spam, repeat requests, sales pitches, job applications, harmful code, fake names, requests for property you do not control, or content that breaks another person’s rights. Do not use automated tools to copy or disrupt the site.
Site availability and changes
The site, guides, request rules, and matching process can change. If the referral path is unavailable, the request form should be paused rather than collecting requests that cannot be routed.
